About Us
Welcome to BoxFit – Where Strong Women Train Together!
BoxFit is a ladies-only group fitness community based in George, Western Cape. We specialize in bootcamp-style full-body workouts and cardio boxing that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and energized. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned fitness lover, our classes are designed to help you burn fat, build strength, and boost confidence – all while having fun.

Warm-Up Cardio
Each class kicks off with a fun, high-energy warm-up to get your heart rate up and your body moving. We use dynamic exercises like jogging, jumping jacks, and bodyweight movements to loosen up your muscles and prep you for the workout ahead.
Full-Body Workout
Next, we move into a bootcamp-style circuit that targets strength, endurance, and core stability. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, push-ups, resistance training, and more – all scaled to your fitness level so everyone gets a great workout.

Cardio Boxing
We wrap up with fast-paced boxing rounds on the bags. You’ll punch out stress, burn calories, and boost coordination with simple but powerful boxing combos set to music. It’s the most empowering way to finish strong!
